We welcome partners and collaborators to deliver impact for patients, leveraging Engine’s insights on targets and patient selection, therapeutic assets, and platform to accelerate and de-risk drug development.  We are motivated to work with great people and companies to go broader and further, faster.

Areas of partnering include (but are not limited to) the following areas that Engine has successfully executed:

• Enhancing clinical development with patient selection biomarkers Engine has identified for investigational drugs
• Developing targets and first-in-class/best-in-class precision therapeutics in Engine’s portfolio
• Driving discovery campaigns with our platform, with the end goal of identifying and accelerating new therapeutics; we have worked in a range of disease areas (including oncology, neurology, and dermatology)
